Right I know I should know by now!! But, I am stubborn and keep trying to work it out myself and fail.


Could you please advice me?

When you post or respond to a post.. press send...what button do you then press?


I just press the back button.....keep logging myself off or losing posts :evil:

Very gratefull girls for help ...as I am getting very frustrated with myself :oops: xxxx

Hello Mia!

When you post it should automatically refresh the page and say go back to topic.

I normally just click home at the top of the page this then takes you back to where you can select which forum you want to look through, not sure if theres an easier way but thats how i do it :lol:

Depends where you want to go, if you want to go to the home page click the banner on the top (girls arms) and you'll to the main page. If you want to just stay in the same forum where you posted (i.e Health) the page will automatically refresh after you've posted and at the bottom of the page it will say:

[Only admins are allowed to see this link] :: [Only admins are allowed to see this link] :: [Only admins are allowed to see this link]

So you can redirect from there

Maybe its the browser/operating system you have because we probably all have slightly different views of the forum depending on these factors. In that case, pressing the banner at the top will take you home x
