Hi girls,

Only 23 days till the big day & im buying sports bra's for after my BA/Lift.

Im a 36B & having 545cc extra high profile or 485cc if the bigger ones don't fit & I forgot to ask for an estimated size from my surgeon!

36B girls, what cc size did you get & what size are you now ?

Hi lozzy, it really depends on lots of factors - your frame, chest size etc. I was a 34b and have asked for a d cup and my surgeon implanted 410's - not sure what size I'll be after swelling etc. take a look at the before and after web links on the sticky links "are you a newbie and want to see before and after pics" that will give you some sort of an idea xx good luck Hun xx

I was a 36B, got 445cc and have come out at a 36FF/34G so i really wouldn't know what size you would come out at, especially if you get 100cc more!! It all depends on yourself tho but mine will give you a brief estimate =] i'm 6ft and a size 14 too if that helps x

Oh yeah and the bra in my avi is the 34G and isn't really padded x

WOW Balamory your avi is amazing !! and I was worried my choice of CC would be too small but if you are a 36FF with 445 then Im most likely gonna be huge ! (yay ;D lol)

The best thing you can do is call your surgeon and ask for a size guesstimate, then buy a bra in the next size up, and the next size down, if you keep the receipts you can take back the ones you don't use. And pick yourself up some band extenders. or you could get a macom, you only need to know your band measurement for these, and they will stretch to fit any cup size.

We are all so different hun, I was a 30 A/B cup, I had 325cc and am currently a 30 F/FF, so it really does depend on your body x

I was a 34B/C and had 495cc, I'm wearing a 38E sports bra and it's uncomfortable around the band due to the swelling. My surgeon told be what size to buy so as Lisa said I would call your surgeon who should be able to give you an idea xx
