Well finally had my BA :))
Hello all, I had my BA with Mr Ragbir @ the Nuffield in Newcastle upon Tyne. On 22/07/13 @ 6.30pm. Still a bit sore!! Feels very similar to when you stop breast feeding!!! But with a little more pressure. All went really well:)) and i'm sooo happy with my results already:)) I had 360cc Nagor silicone round textured implants (unders) now wearing sports bra for 32DD but been told could go a bit bigger not much though:) I love them:) went from a small 30A ( the smallest u could buy any way) I am 30 yrs old size 8 & about 5"3. and i have 2 boys ages 4 & 2 so trying to rest best I can thank god I have my husband he's been doing everything.xx can't wait too see them properly!! Still all wrapped up. Back in 1 week for wound check and again week after then out patients check up at 6 weeks. With a lifetime after care!!! Honest I don't know why people from Newcastle travel all the way down the country for breast surgery when we have the best surgeons right here who work at our local hospitals and are registered with the BAAPS and BAPRAS!!! How would you even receive the after care? Because I will only see the surgeon you should not just be checked by a nurse!! Any way good luck to all and please make sure you do your research properly ( I had my 1st consultation with another company and was put off almost immediately!! So be careful:))

Well said Lisa NO clinic offers aftercare that covers complications for life. What you get for your lifetime cover is unlimited access to your surgeon and advise for life. That is all babe. If you want to know which complications are covered and for how long, then it would be wise for you to request this from the clinic lovely.
Congratulations on your new boobs and HAPPY HEALING

Hi girls yes I know I should have explained a bit more of what I do and what I don't get in the aftercare sorry:)
If you develop capsular contracture within 5 years following your primary procedure with MyBreast you will not be charged for replacement implants or surgeon’s fees. You will be covered for one episode of capsular contracture.
• If you experience an implant rupture within 5 years of your primary procedure with MyBreast, you will not be charged for the surgeon’s fees for exchanging the implant. Your implants carry a lifetime guarantee against rupture.
• Return to theatre for instances of haematoma or infection are covered within 6 months from the date of your surgery.
• MyBreast offers all patients follow up and advice for life whenever necessary regarding implant related
problems.
• The cost of correction of rotation of anatomical implants is not covered. But not bad for aftercare eh? Especially when I didn't get offered half this from the two other places I had a consultation with.xx
