Re: Sleeping arrangements
My hubby stayed in bed with me. It wasn't a problem and he'd help me if I needed the help. I'd say it was more difficult for him to get comfy than it was for me cos I robbed his pillows hahaha. But he was fine with a cushion...he said bless him.
Its up to both of you hun. See how you both feel when the time comes. You might feel better sleeping alone for a while, but I liked the comfort of having my hubby there and he wouldn't leave even if I asked lol, he's such a worrier. Xx

Re: Sleeping arrangements
I slept on my own for a good few weeks as my hubby has night terrors, so wasn't going to risk him bashing into me in his sleep. I didn't sleep very well either though so I was better off in the spare bed xx

Re: Sleeping arrangements
I slept with my OH just as normal. he was off work with me so looked after me got me water in the night and my meds if I needed them xxx Obviously they know you have had the op so should be aware and cautious xxx Your having another op also as well as your BA so will be less mobile with more than just boobs hurting and may need that more help xxxx If you sleep alone just get a bell or some walkie talkies x lol xxxxx

Re: Sleeping arrangements
Im still sleeping on my own, It was a joint decision as he flings himself about during the night and was worried he would hurt me. Although i'm on the sofa i found it more comfortable to be propped up than the bed and i had the tv early post op when i kept waking up. I'm thinking of going back to the bedroom over the weekend, it'll be like a first date lol

Re: Sleeping arrangements
I had hubby sleep only the air bed in the living room for a little over a week. We had walkie talkies for midnight emergencies!

Re: Sleeping arrangements
Thanks for all of the replies, I love the idea of the bell as I am usually his waitress lol.
I must say that it does concern me so may get him to sleep on the sofa.
