Hairwashing tip!!!
I have just washed my own hair!! On my knees in the bath, supported by my hands (basically on all fours) I was able to give my hair a wash and condition. Just make sure you have a towel handy to wrap your hair before you sit up or you will get dressings wet.

Re: Hairwashing tip!!!
Wow you're fab!
There was no way I could have done my own hair early post-op. every time I knelt forward I felt like my boobs were literally going to drop off lol. I had to get my daughter to do mine whilst I held on to my boobs when I had my first hairwash after about a week (before that I was dry shampooing) the second week I went to the hair salon and I was able to wash myself after 2 weeks.
My arms couldn't open doors let alone be lifted to wash hair lol. So go you! You sound like ours doing really well Max. Xx

I'm amazed at the stuff im doing pain free! I am listening to my body though and being mindful that im not even 2 weeks post op yet. I think having strong shoulders has helped, do do alot of weight training. X
