Dont be scared hun Hug

I've never heard of of an implant rising to the 'stuck on' look you have after surgery and then being able to be shook back into a natural shape, so I've no idea what could be happening Perrie.

On the positive it DOES go back to normal, so don't panic babe, it won't be CC because the capsule shrinks around the implant with CC! it doesn't then relax at all, it stays tight, so this definitely can't be the problem.

Be firm when you call the clinic and insist on an appointment with your surgeon. Summer boobs are well in force right now and if they can get away with it new clients will take priority for consultations. Once you've had your surgery the large clinics tend to leave you behind...

If you don't get anywhere babe then ask about their complaints procedure and tell them this is what you want to use.

They'll hopefully set a date for a consultation for you then because they really wouldn't want management getting involved when they can resolve this very simply themselves.

Please let us know how things go hun. Xx

I'm just wondering....

Do you think the implant may 'flipped'?

The next time it happens, have a good feel to see if it feels like the implant has flipped over.

This can sometimes happen and just as you were able to shake the implant into place others have had to manipulate the implant back into place.

Of course this isn't something you'd want happening all the time, so if it happens again have a good feel and see what you think hun and tell your surgeon what it is you're feeling. Xx

I was wondering whether it may be what cookie suggested above about the flipping but being Pre Ba I wasn't sure. There was recently another member who had Mr M and her implant flipped. She didn't have a good time with the transform clinic (they managed to flip it back over still though manually) but once she saw mr M he straightaway offered to give her a re-op if she wanted one. As far as im aware she didn't go for the reop and it hasn't happened again because havnt seen her back since then but wanted to point that out to you because although yours doesn't sound that bad, if you have got a complication im sure once you see Mr M he will help you out right away!

Your right in saying that this is what you paid for so good luck getting an appointment and keep us updated! xxx

Nope definitely didnt get it hun.

If you'd rather email me you can do so at [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] :ok:

It definitely sound like the implant is flipping from the more you describe hun.

Its really not something to panic about at all babe Hug the flipping isn't going to harm your body in any way at all so don't worry about that.

At worst if it continues it could be that the pocket is just a little too big for the implant so your surgeon would simply tighten the pocket so the implant has less room in there and can't flip. Its not a big op babe and recovery will be so much faster than your BA and it will a LOT less uncomfortable. That's all it would take at worst if it doesn't settle down hun.

You'll be OK Hug

Glad you feel better hun. :ok:

Did he suggest you keep the breast stabilised in a good sportsbra for the time being to see if that helps? Xx
