Congratulations zoemylie - BA date 28.06.13
Zoe missed popping her name in the calendar, so missed out on a good luck thread but had her surgery yesterday, so lets all pass on our congratualtions her way - better late than never hey!
Congrats Zoe and Happy Healing
Re: Congratulations zoemylie - BA date 28.06.13
Just to add Zoe, don't forget to pop by the June Buddies thread which is a sticky in the General Breast Augmenation section of the forum and where you'll find lots of ladies who will all have had surgery around the same as yourself too. Often its nice to have a chat with those going through the same at the same time. Xx

and yes as cookie said, do swing by the june buddies thread for a chat if you feel like it, we've all just had surgery in june so are going through the same stages of recovery as you just now x

thank you hun am starting to feel more like myself but the tramadol really knock me out!! Probs a silly question but ive got a sports bra and huge binder strap that covers my hole chest, do you think it would be safe to take it off and have a quick peek? I only had a quick glimps of them while they where taking the drains out but i was in too much pain to take it in Xx

Yeah, you'll be fine to have a little peek hun. Straight back on after though lol.
If you don't feel you need the Tramodol then don't take them Zoe. They make many women feel worse rather than better! When stopping those and just taking paracetamol for any discomfort you have you'll feel much better.
Of course if the discomfort is so much you feel you need them, maybe in the mornings, then do take them. Xx

If you're sitting upright its not necessary Zoe. You only need to be 'propped up' so as long as your head and shoulders are raised are higher than your chest you should be fine.
A pillow or two with you V-Pillow is ample. A pillow under each warm helps support your arms for you, a pillow under your knees helps take the pressure from your back and a rolled towel in the small of your back helps as well. Sounds a lot building your own pillow castle lol but it helps lots Zoe. Xx
