Re: Smaller implant next time?
I think your doing the right thing by going back and trying them again. I'm not sure if wearing a tight tshirt would help to get an idea of how big they would be.
What did your surgeon suggest?
It's such an exciting time Hun and I don't regret mine for a second, just to let you know, guess I never knew there was other things to consider when getting my new boobs lol.

cookie wrote:It would depend how much forward projection you'd be wanting and if it would fill up the slack if you get my meaning hun. If they're big enough to do that it should be a straight forward replacement. If not, it may require a lift, but not a full anchor. I don't think that would. Be necessary at all for what you're thinking. XxNicole wrote:i want to go for xhp next time, go for a slighty thinner base but higher projection. would this be a simple r&r or would extra work need to be done because i decreased in width?
yeah i was thinking the extra projection might sort it out. long way off yet but thinking along the lines of 420 xhp which is 12cm base and 5.9cm projection. I've got 12.5 and 5.1 atm so not a major decrease. thanks cookie xx

Re: Smaller implant next time?
Thank you! Im planning on wearing a white vest top so I can see clearly lol. well I saw 4 surgeons who all suggested the same sort of sizes, all started at 390 I think it was... Mr M said 460 top biggest as the next one is 525cc which is way to big for me if I go for CUI's xx

Re: Smaller implant next time?
oh also, i've been looking at the cui and the natrelle catalogues and the implants arent marked up the same. for example
cui mhp 380: 11.7 width and 5.4 projection
natrelle tsf 385: 12.5 width and 5.1 projection
so the natrelles seem to wider with less projection than the cui counter part, the natrelle tsm 445 has a projection of 4.4 and the tsf 415 has a projection of 5.1 compared to the 410 cui which has projection of 5.4 and 460 5.8 projection.
personally, as you can tell from my previous post, i am not happy with the size of my boobs atm, width wise they are too big projection wise they are too small. I wish i'd been offered xhp or even looking at the catalogues i think i would have been happier with the cui 380. So just bare that in mind don't get caught up in the cc's when comparing cui/natrelle have a good look at the implant dimensions xx

Re: Smaller implant next time?
Thanks Nicole, didn't realise that...
is that an embarrassed face? Well its meant to be... Ive just tried my rice boobs on again and baring in mind all that ive just read, thinking about a year post op when the novelty has gone... I think im happy sticking to the 410s...I really don't want lots of drooping and I really don't want to look bigger in clothes...I will still get a great result with the 410s ... ill be at E I would guess and that's a great size....
I would go crazy without you lot! x

Nicole your boobs look amazing in your avi.
Jen, good luck with your decision making :0) even I'm still learning what I want, I'm now thinking I could do with more width.
