When I first came on here and noticed there didn't seem to be very many people with as big an implant as I was going for (560cc). So I just wanted to post a little message to say yes it’s a big implant but it’s actually not that big and not as big I first thought. I was slightly scared I was going too big and had an emergency meeting with my surgeon Dr Shoaib who put my mind at ease. I’m so glad he did because if I had gone any smaller I really would have regretted it. Hope this helps to any Pre BA girls out there going for the 560cc yes

We do have ladies here having all the way over 700CCs plus!

There aren't many who have the larger implants for their first BA though due to BWD which indicate just how many CCs your body can take without raising the already risk of complication, so what right for one lady who may need a large amount of CCs to get her required look, for the more petite ladies a very few CCs go a long, long way so they need less CCs to possibly get the same sized look as someone with a larger BWD who would need more to fill the breast.

All very complicated this sizing thing, but the main thing is ensuring you're happy pre-op to help you get the best post-op.

Wow well done on your boobies x can I be cheeky and ask what your stats are? How big did that take you? I only had wee 320cc and that's taken me to an F cup x

congrats hun, glad you're happy with your results!! as cookie said, there aren't many people able to go that big for their first BA. I had 385cc which was the biggest I could go, i'm hoping for 560xhp next time but thats a long way off yet lol! xxx

Hi girls thanks for all of your replies :) I’m only on day 11 so I’m not sure of my actual size yet however I was only a 32A beforehand. 560cc was the biggest I could go and I did worry I was going too big but I’m glad now I didn't change my mind. My Shaoib is amazing if you have any worries don’t be afraid to ask I had an emergency meeting with him a week before my op due to my worries over the size and he completely put my mind at ease xxx

Sheree I have only had the one consultation with him but he was everything I was looking for in my surgeon. I am going back to the clinic tomorrow for my second sizing appointment. Did you get done at the nuffield? How did you find it? Were you kept in overnight? Sorry for all the questions, just so glad to speak to someone else who has used him. xxx

im sure it will all work out and your boobs will be fab i could only get 365cc in but looking at a reop in oct where i might go bigger when getting them done xx

Glad I can be of help so ask away J I saw him a couple of times the way it worked out, I could only try on the 520cc when I had my sizing appointment so I found it hard to judge if I want to stick with the 560cc but I'm glad I did :) Had it done in the Nuffield loved the whole experience tbh feel like it was the best day of my life so far lol. I was kept in overnight and most of the staff were amazing! I have to say though there was 1 lady who worked there who could have been friendlier but it didn't ruin my experience and would go to the Nuffield again. I think everyone's healing process is different I am still very sore and I underestimated the pain I was going to be in if I’m completely honest but don’t regret it and can see myself getting them done again in the future (after kids lol) xxx

Had a consultation at transform and hated them. I chose Dr Shoaib because he has done 2 of my friends and comes highly recommended and re-searched him a lot on google. As well as working privately he works for the NHS and when I was younger I was also on the waiting list through them (was unsuccessful) so that was another factor why I chose him. I had my op on the Friday and came back to work the following Monday so had just over a week off. If I could I would have taken the 2 weeks off though as I do feel I have came back to work a little early but it wasn't possible for me to take longer off, I could have moved my surgery date back later to have more time off work but I chose to take the earliest date possible lol! xxx

He was the first surgeon I seen but I researched before making an appt. He was one of only 7 on the BAAPS register and BAPRAS in Scotland and read all the reviews I could find on him. The only thing that worried me was the fact that he was slightly cheaper than everyone else, but i think this is because its his own clinic and doesnt have the high marketing costs like transform etc. Are you happy with your boobs so far? xxx

That's exactly the answer I was told when I asked.
He has a long withstanding relationship with nagor and said he was able to get good discounts as he is private and has worked closely with them for so long. He actually used to be £500 cheaper and had put his prices up and he still works out cheaper lol! I think 9/10 of girls will love their own surgeon tbh and i think it is all down to personal preference. I'm over the moon with mines but I'm dying to get them measured and see how they develop once they drop etc!
