Hey girls.
A lot of us on here have talked about having scans to check our implant for silent rupture every 3 years but for me also to check for bc.
I live in the northwest and was wondering if anyone knew of anywhere I can have this done?
Thank you xxxx

If you go to your GP, he will be able to point you in the right direction! You will have to go private, and I believe it's about £300.

Oh my goodness, didn't know you had to pay. So is the recommended check every 3 years, that's not too bad £100 a year to save xx

I know Spire offer private MRIs babe and they're dotted around the country but as Lisa said, your GP should be able to help should you need it.

I'm lucky and unlucky I suppose in that I have to be scanned yearly because I have nodules on my lungs caused by sarcoidosis. So I get to know about how my implants are getting on. Xx
