Sports bra Size?????

Hi i am currently a 34b and will be having 410cc high profile implants. The suggested a D cup bra, but i thought i would end up bigger than that. What size would you recommend i buy?

i was 32b
and i brought 34 dd and 34 e i to had 410 34 eye was better though

LJK, I am having 470cc overs and the nurse suggested 34d and 36dd, I remember I pm Angelpie and asked her what size sports bra she bought after her BA because I too thought Id need a lot bigger and she was advised the same sizes as us. She now measures and E/F I think. So even if we are in d/dd I am sure we will measure a bit bigger hun, prob needs to be a bit tighter to support our new assets and besides our boobs are going to go through so many changes to begin with, I am sure they will most prob measure a bit bigger once they are settled hun. I could be completely wrong hun I am sure someone more useful than I will be along shortly to help you lol xxx

I bought a 34DD and E and a 36D and DD I wore them all but the best fit was a 34DD. I had 410 overs and went from a 32A. I went to be fitted a few days ago and now measure a 32F. Still wearing my sports bras in a 34DD and because they are stretchy they feel comfy.

Hi,

I had 410s from a 34A/32B and I wore a 34D for the first 2 days, then I was in a 34E/34DD from the 3rd day on.
I really could have done with some 36's too as you will get swollen. Maybe you could get the bra extender straps as well to allow for swelling?

I've been out tonight and bought one sports bra from M&S size 34DD. I am amazed at how big it looks!! At one time i was considering hoping to be an E cup or even an F, but looking at this bra, i think DD will be plenty!!

I think i will try smaller rice bags, 340, and see what that looks like. I'm a bit worried that 410 will make me look huge and obviously fake. Yep the nerves have started to kick in, hence why i'm typing this at 4.59am!!

.x. I was a 32a/b and was in a 34Dsports bra for the first week or so after surgery....I'm not sure if that helps much but I only had 230s so I would have thought that maybe you will need bigger than a D cup????????....sorry if that isn't very useful!!!! xxxxxxxx

Hey lovely, poor you, you must be so tired!

I had 340cc and they took me to a 28G. BUT as I've said before, I really only look a large C. I think if you don't want the 410s, then go for the 380s.

I thought that LJK, but now after my op, I think that a DD isn't that big!! You get used to the bigger sizes so quickly!

I was worried I'd be too big but am so pleased I didn't go any smaller.

Do the rice test again and wear them around for a bit to help you make your decision!
