2 weeks!! It's the worst isn't it. What painkillers have u been given? Iv got 8mg cocodamol and that's all have u got stronger then? Xx

Gave got the co- codamol and they gave me some tramadol to take when needed took one last night before bed

Thank you so much for all advice my first consultation is at the belvedere clinic in abbey wood scared and excited !!! But thanks for the honest advice - how long did everyone go back to work ? Xx

I had 2 weeks off work. I'm a nurse though and do long shifts, running around! I think even I had a more sedate job I still would have struggled sitting at a computer etc, being tired etc. I had unders though, so maybe the girls with overs might have recovered a bit quicker! Most people seem to have a week :)
What date is your consultation? Don't be scared. Take a list of questions! easy to go blank when you're there! I went on my own and was ok, just think the docs are normal people!!!imagining stuff is always worse!

As cookie has said it's best to speak to an expert. As for the consultation, best to make some consultations with other clinics too.
