Ok so i know we all paid for our boobs but seriously why do some women jog without a sports bra???

WHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHY?!!!!?

Im almost cringing with every leap as they bounce from one side to the other......SUPPORT THEM DAMMIT!!!

Omg i know!! When i get mine im going to cradle them up as much as possible haha, i don't want sagging!
When i run.... well actually i dont run BUT when i go to the gym... they will be supported very tight indeed lol :) xx

I'm there trused up in my shock absorber fearing a wobble, boobs strapped to me like returned lost children and these woman are jogging around giving themselves black eyes!!!
I was on the verge of strolling up and saying well maybe shouting!!
'Their gonna look like spaniels ears in 10 yrs love'

I don't understand it either. But then I'm not a big fan of running either, unless I had to get out of danger of course.

Maybe it's the female equivalent of men who run wearing a weighted rucksack for extra resistance! Both look equally uncomfortable and though I'm not usually one to think people should look how I think they should look, it's just not a good look on anyone. You can just imagine the skin screaming & stretching with every bounce. I usually wear 2 sports bras when running. A shock absorber & another high impact bra over that. It's not all that comfy, but I imagine it's more comfy than having huge knockers flapping about all over the place.

I'm always lecturing my clients. I seat some of them move 6" doing jumps or running. I tend to wear 2/3 of various sorts. Sports bra, crop top style sports bra and then a sports top with a built in crop top. There not going anywhere!! Lol
