Try lactulose and or fybogel for the constipation! Lots of water and fruit and veg! Is it the cups or the band or both that are tight hun? X

Re: Bra size
Get yourself mobile babe. Walking is medically known to help get the bowel moving, so the sooner you get yourself up and about, the sooner you'll get back to your normal self hun.
Senna helps too if you feel you need something more to help.
Hope the bra fits better lovely. If its still sore near your stitches, try using a sanitary towel or panty liner (sticky side against your bra) to help with the pressure you're feeling there. Xx

Re: Bra size
Hun its not painful :-) he is fab on the day aswell. Came in and drew all over me had a chat about normal stuff, commented on my pink bra, pink fluffy slippers and pink jammies haha. I then seen him again in the GA room before my op. He then came and seen me after op and said they where perfect and everything went well. He really is so lovely. The only pain I have felt is that feeling when you have done some tummy exercises and tour tummy a bit sore the next day. Just a gym workout pain. I'm starting to feel some discomfort now due to the bra being too right. Hopefully when OH arrives home with my new one ill be ok :-). I've not even had strong painkillers hun. Xx

Re: Bra size
Ahhhh I thought you said the stitches were being irritated. That's why I suggested the pads. They help act as a cushion to relieve that :flowers:
Re: Bra size

Got the bra on now. Went for the 36E and it feels fab!!! I feel millions better, kept having visions of the stitches ripping open!

Re: Bra size
Ruthaay you make it sound so easy. I am a bit of a wimp when it comes to pain. Did Ben tell you that he allows his patients to sleep on their back or sides and you dont need to sleep propped up. I am so looking forward to my shower the day after surgery thank goodness he allows this aswell x
