gym and boobs
So I can go back to the gym this week yay!! my surgeon told me to take it easy, I didn't ask what I can and can't do.
Can I run on running machine?
Can I use the rowing machine and cross trainer?
Shall I drop out weights for a while or can I use them but build up gradually? x

Re: gym and boobs
I am finding running fine but only had 240s. I'd just have a play and see how you feel. Just make sure you strap those bad boys down for high impact stuff!! Start weights a bit lighter thsn before and build back up. If you had unders I'd take it very steady with chest work. Enjoy! X
Re: gym and boobs
I agree with Nikki... Just do what you do but LISTEN TO YOUR BODY! if you feel any twinges or aches then stop babe. If you feel but later that day you find your bombs are hurting, then lessen what you're doing until you find the pace you feel comfortable at.
You will feel pretty exhausted very quickly at first and if you overdo it your boobs will be sure to let you know hun. Xx

Re: gym and boobs
Good news loclo! I had my first gym session today and took it fairly easy. Went on the crosstrainer, bike and did some leg excersises on the machines. Didn't do any upper body work yet. I wore a high impact bra and felt comfortable doing exercise. But when I took off my bra I found a tiny stain ( like when u squeeze a spot) -( sorry about the graphics lol) in the place of my scar, it was yellow-orange in colour... Should I worry?? It feels fine

Re: gym and boobs
I was told i can gym and swim but to take it easy until 12 weeks, build myself up to the big stuff! Am gona avoid anything weighty on the chest area for a while. Think i'm just gona start off on treadmill and bike. The main thing is listen to your body, don't push yourself too far just take it as it goes xx
