Well ladies i cannot tolerate these boulder holders much longer. The shape doesnt bother me, the style doesnt bother me, the fact that it squishes your boobs doesnt bother me BUT what does bother me is the pain in the t*ts i keep getting cos the bloody thing is leaving tram lines all over the show! My 38DD Triumph Triaction is killing me! My nipples feel really bruised and i feel like i am getting joggers nipple! Ontop of that on my right side especially (where i have dropped) there is the biggest divet left in my boob and it is so sore =[ where can i go to get fitted? X

OMG this is the prob I keep getting and my chest always feel tight and I feel like it sometimes hurts to breath. It feels so good to take my bra off for showers, I find myself just releasing the strap for a cheeky 5min break!!! I'm wearing the same bra as you, but I keep thinking I might try the zip up M&S?

Plus I've had several comments that my boobs don't look anything different where it's squashin everything down, not a great confidence boost. Xx

I am the unofficial marks n spencer zip front advocate! I love it. Attractive and comfortable and supportive. Can be worn under a sporty zip up or cardi n it looks like a sexy zip up top. Everyone who has come to see me so far has admired my "top" and are amazed its a functional sports bra! X

Yeah I really liked the design of it the zip up that is but when I tried it it was putting pressure on the muscles (damn, still can't remember what they're called!!) between my neck and shoulder very uncomfortable :-s

I didnt get along with the M&S zip up at all.
However I recently bought the M&S 2pack high impact bras. .they dont look great but they are so comfortable! Give you a nice shape but they do show nips! ! I discovered that when I was told to put them away lol
Bloody men! Lol

I'd say try debenhams or bravissimo for sizing, it may be that you need a bigger size or a bra without big seams. For your nipple the bra you wear probably won't make much of a difference, but you could try breast feeding pads to cover them or just the flat cosmetic pads, this will reduce rubbing from the bra and help ease your discomfort.
