ouchie left Boobie!!!

Hi girls,
Probably me being abit OTT...but I have a pain on my left side boob.
Hurts when I move my left arm..im currently walking about with my arm stuck to my side.
Leaning forward helps. .that's it.
Have I just pulled a muscle- I work at Knightsbridge , so on and off trains. Although I do try to be careful.

It does sound like your muscle, maybe it's stretching x try and take it easy with those arms x

Sounds like you probably overdone it hun... Do you use this arm more than the other?
Its probably worth thinking what might be the cause of the pain, what you might be doing that could be affecting your leftie hun and then making conscious decisions then when you know what may be the cause not be using the left side to do this.
Good support helps and rest on for that side to give it the time it needs to heal lovely. X

Im right handed. ..so I don't open doors etc..
I think the tape was supporting them lol!

My incision on the left is really sore now. Im at work and have nothing to pad the area with..
Ideas?

Try some tissue hun and pad the incision with that maybe? X
