Do I 'Have' to Have my Breasts Reduced?
Do I 'have' to have my Breasts reduced? I just want a mastoplexy. If so, How much Cup size will I use? I want to keep my Hourglass figure.
I want a breast uplift as for my age my breast are voluptuous but they droop. I'm 32GG/F and Philip Graham of Harley medical told me I'd have to get my breasts reduced. I can understand why but I love my curvy shape and was wondering if there is an alternative procedure to this? Or if there isn't one, I don't mind losing THAT much but I'd like an idea of what cup size I'd be. I still want big breasts to balance me out. If anyone knows a way around this, please let me know!!! If any one has had an uplift who are larger chested and have maintained that size or even had a reduction please let me know what size you were pre op and are now ^.^ And when I become a more active memeber id love to see the results. * Is still in process of whether to go through with it or live with what i've got.

I'd suggest when seeking advise for a surgery as technical as an uplift/reduction you seek out the best possible surgeon you can for yourself. This surgery requires great skill and if you want the best results then do your homework babe and definitely have at least one consultation with a BAAPS member lovely.
Having more than one consultation will give you a much better idea about what might be possible to help you achieve the look you like.
I'd suggest you look for pictures of the 'look' you like. Maybe look in mens mags or for pics online for voluptuous figures and the kind of boobs you want. Seeking out the same body type as your own will help give you a more realistic idea of what would look good on your body.
If money is an issue and you're worried it will cost a lot to see a BAAPS surgeon, you can see one for as little as £25 at MyBreast hun. spire too only use BAAPS members but their consultation is a little more but do research the surgeons in both clinics in your area to see which you'd like to see babe and please do let us know how you get on.
We have women here who have had reductions, uplifts and uplifts/augmentation, so whatever is best advised for you there will be someone here who will be able to help with any advise you might need. Xx

I agree with Cookie xx
A Mastopexy is an incredibly technical procedure so you need to do your research with surgeons and find one that you are confident with xx
You will normally lose roughly a cup size having a Mastopexy xx
Perhaps you should book some consults with other Surgeons and see what they have to say xx
Good Luck with your research
