Because of having tuberous breasts. My surgeon did say i could have rounds if i absolutely wanted but anatomicals would give me a more rounded natural look as i had upper pole but no lower pole and anatomicals have more lower pole than upper pole so it would balance out the shape x

That's interesting, I had tuberous breasts made worse by breastfeeding and no one mentioned anatomicals. Did all say the same to u?? Uve got a great result, just interesting to c how every PS is different x

I only went to him hun. He scored the insides of my breasts to release the constriction and lowered the breast fold and aligned my nipple at 50% the height of the implant. How do you feel about yours? Do you feel the shape is better? X

mine are unrecognisable, so much better :-). I've seen your pics and mine were so much more tuberous than yours before breastfeeding it was all nips no boob Picturetrail - Page 2 683465

I can give the tops a bit of a prod but that's it. Are yours really soft now then? Can't wait for mine to start jiggling haha. I burped yesterday and scared the hell outa myself, it was like a total eclipse, they just came at me Boobs

don't feel too bad today, they feel tighter but not as painful whereas yesterday my right incision was giving me loads of grief x
