Re: Whats normal for incisions?
Is the area hot or red from what you can see? They are 2 signs of infection. The stinging feeling is a normal one after ba end as you know we all varie in how we heal and our pain thresh hold. Have you taken some pain killers? Hope your feeling better soon! X
Re: Whats normal for incisions?
Very normal hun
Its just the nerves starting to heal and they do sting. If you've dropped your strong pain killers it may be worth taking the stronger ones again just whilst you're in so much pain right now and be sure you're taking them at regular intervals. (Putting an alarm on your phone helps). Xx

Re: Whats normal for incisions?
I didnt really have much incision pain after the first op (which is shocking when you think about the amount of cutting I had done with an uplift) but after the revision the incisions in the crease were so so sore.. burning and stinging and it lasted about a week. Now at nearly 2 weeks post op I cant feel any pain or discomfort from them.. its like I didnt have surgery! It will get better I promise... I thought I was gonna die 1 day post op from the pain and the gastric issues I suffered but now I feel 100%!
