I'm not to sure. I was wearing my old 34dd but they didn't fit me at all. I think I was more a b/c but I had a a lot of lose skin. I found if I wore a smaller bra they would fall out the top or down the middle so I stuck with the old gappey ones instead. It was a loss lose situation lol. Not any more!! dance I tried on my 34dd fancy bras a few days ago and they fit perfectly! I'm really happy with them and highly recommend my ps! :0) xx

Hey.
The hardest thing is trying to decide on what size to go for. I dont want to regret not going bigger but then again the surgeon reccommends what he thinks will look the best and what will acheive what the patient is after etc. Both my 'girls' are different in cup size, about a size difference i'd say so want to get a good balance between making them equal and also a good size. Yours look great though, id be really happy with those if they were my puppies lol. x

It's the hardest decision. I wanted the 190 but my ps said the 240 would be best. He was def right. This size is perfect for my lifestyle and my body. The 240cc rice boobs seemed much bigger and I was put of them because of that. The actual sizers we perfect when I tried them so I'd advise to keep trying those on until you feel confident in which is right for you. Xx

How is work going Nikki... you're a personal trainer aren't you? I can't wait to get back to some phys. Its driving me mad already! That's another reason I am happy with my smaller pups! Too much bounce for my life would be a literal pain!!! xx

Yes i am. Works ok, im self employed so couldn't take much time off. I work from home though so theres lots of flexibility. I have been training most of my clients for a long time so I don't need to demo to much. I can squat and lunge and demo some lower abs for a couple of reps now of I really needed to although I'm avoiding it for now. Thankfully some have gone on holidays over Easter so my work loads a bit lighter. Some days I'm knackered from just being up and about though. I'm hoping to be able to use the reclined bike next week and do some walking so I feel like I'm doing something. I thought I'd have been going nuts by now not being able to train, but there is no way I could have or felt like exercise, not like me at all. I'm just listening to my body. ATM it's saying no but I think next week will be a different story. X
