yeah the pain is much much better... still struggling with bloating and very constipated which is causing me some very nasty cramps but otherwise heang well. just had my week post op check... had dressings off... still swollen and they do look.a bit smaller but the shape is so much better!

I saw your weight loss album too, and I'm speechless!! You're an inspiration! You didn't only lose the weight but you're so toned!!! I've been meaning to tone up but I just lose the will when I dont see any results after a few months. Any suggestions?? xx

HI 5stonedown, I looked at ur new pics thanks for sharing! You have a lovely pair now to match ur great body!
I am so appreciative, as I will be going thru the same thing roughly, and I know I have to get my head around that I will not look like other ladies on here, all luscious delicious attractive boobs, but that my nipple will have been removed and sewn back on and I will have vertical and lateral raised red puckered scarring. Your photos will help remind me that it is not forever! Thank u xxx

Ballet babe it is totally worth it.... the changes happen so quickly and I was so impressed with how faint my scars went within 6 months. Its made such a difference to my confidence to have this surgery and its been totally worth it!
