Hi

In October 2012 I had a full anchor uplift with 340 extra
high profile implants under the muscle. I was currently a droopy 34dd and
really wanted the perky, upper pole fullness, but didn’t want a bigger breast. My surgeon recommended the above size implant. However after this procedure I’m still flat at the top and have lots of loose skin.

I have since discussed my concerns with my surgeon, whom stated that due
to my damaged skin I would never achieve the upper pole fullness, which is what i really wanted . Would a bigger size implant made any difference?

P.S I have some before & after pics if this may help

thanks anyone had this 3965254117

The skin after an a full anchor lift really shouldn't be saggy at all babe, after all, you're paying to have that perky look back aren't you.

After settling your boobs will drop and you'll lose the upper pole fullness you get when you first have your op and the implants are held up high and they'll fall so you get a nice natural slope as explained in this diagram here sweetie

Does the saggyness at the top wrinkle when you wear a balcony bra or any other bras that push your boobs up to give back that full upper pole hun?

Hiya,

With TRX implants im surprised you have no upper pole fullness, go back to him and explain youre not happy with what you have, did he tell you before he wouldnt be able to achieve upper pole fullness because of your skin?

Sorry I might be being a bit thick as I only had a BA, but doesn't the surgeon remove the excess skin during an uplift? Or do they just move the nipple
Up?

I still had some loose skin left after my surgery and I have just had a revision to remove it. I am 6 months post op from lollipop lift and 390cc implants and my surgeon has given me a full anchor lift now and it was all done under my aftercare to give me a better aesthetic result. I only had mod profile implants and I still get upper pole fullness. I also had overs as the surgeon advised against unders for me as due to my crappy skin I was high risk for developing double bubble.

Hi
you sound similar to me, I was a saggy 32dd/e and just had an uplift, no implants as my surgeon said they would eventually droop again as the skin on top had been stretch, he said he would reshape all the breast tissue to give me a full perky boob without the need for implant

In my surgery they removed the exess skin from underneath the nipple and moved the nipple up, I had an anchor lift. They dont move the skin above your nipple inless theyre doing a crescent lift where they remove a half moon shaped piece of skin and move the nipple up and reattach it to the skin.
