Im in North Yorkshire, near Leeds and i have to be in Manchester by 7.30am ans its snowing again, really heavy!! Im Sooooo worried that they are going to cancel my op! Is it likely????

I hope they don't, I haven't heard of anyones op being cancelled because of snow recently. How are you getting there?

Yeah, what example are teachers setting our kids? Bit of snow ... don't go to work ... grrrr - it's great for non-working mums.

Sorry rant over.

Unluckily Suffolk didn't get enough snow to shut the schools ... send it my way ... I love the snow and mad that it missed me. And I've waited 18 years!!!!!!!!

Em, I'm sure all will be fine, as far as I know GP's and hospitals etc are all still open, so unless they've called you I'm sure everything will be fine.

Thanks ladies, i guess it would cost them money if they cancelled! Its stopped for now so fingers crossed!!

Mariajw, im a non-working mum and i was dreading them shutting the school! Thankfully they didnt, as my girls would have driven me mad! lol xx
