Just had my op done today. Should I try and sleep upright (to help the boobs drain) or am I ok to sleep flat on my back? xx

You should sleep with your head elevated above shoulders and boobs to help swelling xx

Yes sleep propped up, not fully sitting up 2 pillows and a v pillow is stufficent.
It allows for swelling to subside, your head and shoulders being above your chest. X

Ice packs also to reduce swelling. X
