too small??

hey girls im now 7 days post op and everything is goin as well as it can but the last few days when I sit down or go to bed the bottom of my bra really digs in and hurts me im standing and walking around its absolutely fine but just wen I sit down its so irritating :( is it too small or it it normal for it to do that I don't have my post op meeting for another 4 days so am wondering weather to hold off until then to see what they say? x

Try a bigger band size or putting tissue/cotton wool pads along the band x

I found that at first, though it didn't bother me so much. Now the bras I was wearing are too wide at the band! I would try to wait until your rib swelling goes down a bit, although if you can find a cheap bra with a larger bandwidth maybe you'd be more comfy having lots of different sizes as your recovery progresses!

have just tried the cotton wool trick and its taken the edge off being uncomfortable and will defiantly be able to stick to this :D am gunna stick to eating healthy and hopefully if I get my belly bit small that'll help too lol x
