Has any one else experienced this ?
Since my BA day 6 days ago, I've really only slopped around in trainers and converse, not like me at all as I love my heels too much! So today I put on my shoes, not too high as I didn't want to risk tripping over, and well I could feel every footstep vibrating through my boobs!
Gutted want to get back to my nice shoes

Wore my stilettos to leave hospital this morning and must admit I didn't notice anything different. Sure it will settle down as yo get use to them again. Couldn't imagine not wearing heels for even 6days. X

Hey hun,
Yup know exactly what you mean I felt the same. I wondered why I needed high impact sports bras but bought them anyways. Well
I realised very early on why especially when you wear anything other than trainers. I almost wanted to hold onto my boobs when walking lol!! Think the cushioning of the trainers helps whereas shoes with heels or normal
Soles don't cushion hence you feel every bit of dirt or gravel you walk over!!
Maybe stick to the trainers for the mean time for less bounce, converse look
Fab at the mo anyways so keep em on! X x
