Visable wrinkles in implants
When I had my consultation a couple of weeks ago, my PS spoke to me about soft gel implants giving a very natural look, which is what I am after. But he pointed out one bad side to these is that wrinkles can be more visable. He advised me I do have enough breast tissue and this shouldnt be the case for me, but obviously cant guarentee.
Im not sure whether to go for the slightly firmer ones that arent as prone to show visable wrinkles or still with the soft ones.
Any thoughts?

What make are they? Firmer implants do give less chance of rippling. I went for firmer ones for this reason plus they felt better quality. It depends what size implant you have though, sometimes you get rippling if you go too big for your frame. Your ps has seen your boobs though and it sounds like your chance of rippling is low but as you said, there's no guarantees.

Re: Visable wrinkles in implants
In my 3 years plus I've been here I don't think I've heard one woman with actual visible rippling that needed revision.
However.... MANY women will have some rippling that can be felt. Its not a problem at all, nor is something to be concerned about. Its VERY common, but I'd always suggest you listen to your surgeon and follow the advise they give you based on their expertise in this area and them having assessed your breasts to give you the best look for you. Xx

I think rippling is something we all have to deal with to some stage, in my case I can see it in certain lighting and feel it in certain positions. I'd weigh up what's more important to you whether it's a more natural look or minimising the risk of rippling.x

I was told that there could always be a possibility and yip i can feel it and when i bend over and in certain light i can see it too but only if i really look for it
