Hi all, I'm a little confused about what I will be wearing after my B.A! Will I have a band? Or will they bandage them or will I be wearing a sports bra?? I didn't ask my ps what happens straight after the op. I was so blooming excited that I had actually booked it lol!!

It depends on both surgeon and the after care required to help you achieve your result hun.

You may have seen many of us getting different instructions from our surgeons, this is because we're ALL different hun and because of that a BA has to be tailored to us specifically, so only your surgeon would be a able to tell you what you're going to wearing post-op hun. Xx

when I woke up from my op I had a tape that covered the top of my boobs and was wearing that with the sports bra for a week, since then only my Macom, but day and night...boring lol

Thanks for the replies, Yeah my ps said I would be in a sports bra for 3 months and would have to sleep upright for 2 months! I was really confused as so many girls on here talk about a band. I will get a call from the hospital 5 days before surgery to confirm everything so I will make sure with them that I'm to take my sports bra with me. I'm sooooooo excited!! X

Caz and I both had anatomical unders and both were advised no bra at all :) mine cane back with dressings on the scars. The no bra decision was made by my surgeon day after surgery though just see how you go! X

I was wrapped in a bandage like a mummy for a day, but then told to change to sports bras. It really does depend on the surgeon.
