Can boobs get bigger once they drop or smaller?

I was wondering once this dropping & fluffing occurs do boobs get bigger, smaller or stay the same?

Mine are only 13 days PO and are still quite high & hard but the swelling is going down nicely. I was looking tonight thinking 'oooooo should I have gone bigger' but I really didn't want to wake up after the op thinking 'ut oh Dolly Parton eat your heart out '!! It's amazing how quickly you get used to the size of them whereas 3,4, maybe 5 days post op they didn't even feel attached to my body let alone mine!!!

I'm thinking this is what's commonly know as boob greed creeping in so I'm
Suggesting that's why I'm wondering hehe x x Stars

I know what u mean now my swelling going im hoping i dont shrink any more ill cry lol. I wonder if they will get bigger

They don't get 'bigger' as such as silicone can't 'grow', but as they drop down and settle into place they can appear bigger. They feel so much more like your own once they've dropped and are nice and soft. They can seem smaller but this is just where you lose your upper pole x

I can live with them 'seeming bigger' hehe. I just don't want them to
Deflate anymore but I suppose one i get them into a balcony bra or something with some lift they'll look as big as I want them to look. They really do dissapear inside clothes though, in keep wearing vest tops over my sports bra at home as these make them look huge! Cheers girlies x x

I'm almost 4 weeks post op and after the swelling had gone down I felt like you, like I should have asked to go bigger, but in all honesty they are big enough. I have been in a 34D since my op and as they are softening and changing shape they seem bigger and I had to go and buy another couple of bras today (the M&S ones you n Cookie recommended) and I'm in a 34E now so I'm over the moon. I have also been able to try on an underwired bra (briefly) and they look fab! It makes such a huge -literally - difference to how they look in clothes. It'll go so fast and I'm sure in time, you'll be thrilled with them and the boob greed will subside! Happy healing xxx

Gem whats your height/weight if you don't mind me asking. I'm having 385s from a 34a and I'm SO worried they won't be big enough

I'm 5'4" I havent weighed myself since I had my new boobs but I was about 7.5 stone, and a tad underweight, think I'm probably around 8st now, and a size 8 in clothes. I was a small 34B though, a 34B packed out with padding lol! and now a 34E, my boobs are wonky and one still has that raw/sunbunt feeling and my mam n dad have actually said they are too big for my frame but I'm thrilled with them hahaha!

What are your stats and what size are you aiming for?

wow that's tiny! i'm 5'4 also but 9 and a half stone. I'm hoping for a 34DD tbh, I think a D would be too small to balance out my frame (I have massive hips/**naughty word**) but surgeon won't take me higher than 385cc because he thinks it would compromise the results x

I wish I had big hips and a decent bum! I had a figure like a 12 year old boy before I got myself some new boobies, we are never happy with what we've got are we! The surgeons know best and we have to do as we are told unfortunately coz they know far more than we do! I know the same size implants can be different from one lass to the next but I do think 385cc implants are pretty big and should give you a cracking pair of baps! x

I know right us women are never happy! Well fingers crossed I get a good size. I'm just worrying about everything at the moment, gona give myself a breakdown if i'm not careful! x

I know how you feel, it's all consuming isn't it! It's really exciting but dead stressful at the same time. And to be honest, it doesnt end once you've had the op, you worry about every niggle, every twinge, this doesn't look right, that doesnt look right haha! But its totally worth it, after having really crap boobs for what seems like forever, and putting off the surgery for different reasons (money, feeling selfish, annoying (now ex) partner etc) I'm sooo glad I did it, and you will be too I'm sure. haha don't even mention money, dono if you saw my thread but I had a right barney about paying off the balance today. Ended up crying for about half an hour and refusing to talk to my OH! Thanks hun. Need to quit smoking before the big day but i'm getting myself so stressed about everything its hard! I need to buy myself some herbal tea :P

Ive just read your other thread. What a nightmare! Least it's okay now though, it's one thing after another isn't it. I had £1600 of mine that I was supposed to get from my mortgage company then they said they wouldn't lend me it so I had no other choice but to tap my dad up to borrow the rest - he wasn't best pleased! I feel your pain with the fags, I cut right down and then quit a few days before and two weeks after but I must admit I'm back on three a day now, it's not ideal but it IS so stressful. It sounds ridiculous as its all self inflicted but we have to go through it to have lovely boobs and its so worth it. Yep, try some herbal tea and relaxation techniques - not that I have any to offer myself! x

Well I hope it's okay but, naïvely, I thought the process with the inheritance would be a lot simpler than this. It's a lot of toing and froing between me, my dad, my solicitor, my financial advisor and the investment bond company. It's taken nearly a month to get 4 people to sign a form!!

You've cheered me up hun and are right. I've gotta remember I didn't want huge boobs as exercise loads and still wanted to wear a lot of my old clothes but equally wanted to be able to boost them with gorgeous undies if I wanted to put them on show. Cannot wait for bra shopping whoop whoop x x x

Me too, the only thing stopping me trying on undies in new look today was the fact I was on my own & couldn't get my bra on and off lol, dam you sports bra!!! X x
