Re: April Buddies
I know Doracina! Me too. When I first booked it felt like it was a lifetime away, then suddenly went quickly, now it's super dragging! What size are you going for? I'm only a few days after you, so we will be recovering together! I just need a V pillow. Will get a stock of magazines ready and download some films and stuff. My boyfriend recently got Netflix, it is kind of like love film so will have lots of watch! I always wanted to watch Downton Abbey, but missed lots, so am going to watch that!!! I do have 2 weeks! I'm going to be like a nana sitting with a blanket, drinking tea and watching it! Are you all set?

Re: April Buddies
Good new Hexxi! Will feel even more real after you have this! We have a pre op clinic where I work and we confirm all personal details - name, address, date of birth, next of kin, GP details, demographics. Drug and food allergies, if you are allergic to any sticky tape, plasters, latex. Past medical & surgical history - if you have any. Current medication, if you take any. They will check your height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, temp, respiration rate, oxygen saturation - where they put a probe on your finger! Blood tests will be done too. They will answer questions and give you pre op instructions. They could talk about your mobility and discharge, but if you are young and independent, with no disability it would be unlikely! so everything to make sure you are fit for surgery really XXX

Re: April Buddies
Hi Mel. Thanks! :)
I lost an inch when the swelling went down (and I am glad!) They haven't gone down any more since then tho so I think that will be it until they drop and fluff. They don't look or feel swollen at all now which is nice. Looking more even too. I'll put some more pics on my trail tonight. They look bigger than they do in my avi!
I am glad I had the 240s without doubt. I got much more than I expected from them! You have enough time to make a considered choice and I am sure on the day your PS will make his final recommendation as mine did xx

Re: April Buddies
Yeh i think Iam ready, Ive downloaded loads of films to watch. Going to pop a few books on my kindle too. Iam a super organised person which to be honest can be a bad thing because now I've started buying things because I feel like I should be doing something! I hope that by the time I get home after my hubby should be back in this country and able to look after me for a few days. lam now maybe thinking I should get some laxatives or something after reading what loclo is going through. I just want it to be here!!

Re: April Buddies
Lol Doracina you are funny! Oh I hope your hubby does get back in time! xx
I wouldn't reach for the laxatives too soon. Just eat lots of fibre. Dry fruit and nuts and lots of water and gentle walks about were my saving grace against buddah belly!
I just drove for the first time since. It was ok. I would say I'm glad it was a short trip tho as I could feel it - like I've been to the gym for ages!

Re: April Buddies
It went ok thank you! I don't think I will get it. Everyone else was much older and more experienced compared to me but that's ok. Felt I gave it a good go! Long as I'm happy with the effort I give something I tend to be alright if it doesn't go my way!
Finding something to wear was tricky tho. Took me an age to get ready lol xxxx

Re: April Buddies
No not really! It was more finding something smart that wasn't an over head job! I think just about everything will still fit. I always had a lot of spare room in my tops lol! Cannot wait to go bra shopping tho! I put a bikini top on early! It was so nice!!!!!!! :)

Re: April Buddies
Woop Loclo! Feel like we should be raising a flag! haha, glad you feel much better.
Doracina a good film to download is Silver Lining Playbook, so good. Plus Bradley Cooper is easy on the eyes!
Thanks for letting me have a look at your pics Littlemiss. They really look amazing. It shows you can still go for a smaller implant and make a real difference. You never know with the job you might get it, younger people can have new ideas, easier to mould etc - pros and cons for everyone! What do you do?

Re: April Buddies
Thanks Just about to add a few more which I think show how the swelling has gone down from the last lot. I am really pleased with my assets. I think I could have gone bigger but I'd not have been able to keep it a secret!
I'm the manager of an architect's office at the moment, but today's interview was for practice manager of a solicitors. Would be a step in the right direction being more law related. That's a good point! Thanks Mel :)
What's silver lining playbook about?

Re: April Buddies
This is the trailer. It's basically about a guy who has a mental illness and a girl who's husband dies and they meet and it's their journey of getting to know each other and them both getting 'better' a love story, but not your usual type!
This is the trailer!

Re: April Buddies
Hi girls,
Good to hear your all doing well- congrats on the movement loclo- will def stock up on prunes!
Littlemiss- don't sell yourself short- you never know what they are looking for and from all your posts you come across as the most positive, upbeat person which is a HUGE asset to an employer.
Sure you have seen but KFS is doing well ( although think she had a funny 5 mins) so another one down- is it me next? I am not sure but getting v excited.
So worked called and offered me my old job but full time. We went through the motions ( was actually a lovely call) but not looking good. My HR team have taken my thoughts away and are going to go out to other teams to see if anyone wants me and will give me a final decision on weds. What surprised me is that my OH got really annoyed about it. I had to go to the gym so left him to stew as was being horrible and now home and he is being v apologetic about his reaction. I am going to be a lady of lesuire by the looks of it, but it's going to be with lots of guilt.
Anyway better go and make up with him or I might not get my boobs!! Ha ha x

I didn't see KFS's post... glad she is doing well. Funny 5 mins? Bless her! xx
