Post by littlewellies 31st January 2013, 1:13 pm

Girls its suddenly occurred to me my op in next week and I still haven't done anything about bras.... I measure a 28, and for Xmas I got some ms 32c sports bras, would this for me if I ended up a D cup because ms don't do 30 band in high impact

My surgeon said 290 could end up a C cup or a small D, but 375 would be D or maybe DD. I'm very petite with little breast tissue so I don't think he'll get 375 in, but he did order them and he said he was confident he might get them in - should I have D cup bras too?

#stress lol

Honestly hun I think your best bet would be ordering the macom cos it stretches n then depending on what implant he gets in get your OH/mum or someone to pop out n get u some sports bras or order some online xx

I'd agree go for macom if you don't then just a band size up I find M&S to run small in sports bras anyway xx

You could get yourself some bra extenders from somewhere like la senza as I'm a 36D post op but have been using the bra extenders as my ribs must be slightly swollen still. They are only a few quid. Also if you don't want to pay lots of money on one bra ie the macom I went to m&s and bought 2 packs of bras, at least that way you can take a pack back if one is too small or too big just keep the receipt and tags on. I've found the m&s high impact sports bras £25 for two pack black and white one brilliant. The band around the bottom is very soft as well as that's important as sits over your incisions. X x

Ps you'll want a couple of them as you'll need to change them every couple of days to wash them so if you only have one that will be a tad difficult lol :0) x x

If you are worried you could get a couple of cheap sports bras in a D and DD and take them with you, then if you don't need them you can take them back. If they do fit and you'd prefer a better sports bra after your op you can always get a more expensive one when you know what size fits best next week dance
