Which one?
Right I'm thinking of getting a Macom but if I get the medium will it still be supportive enough when I lose the swelling?
And I want to get one other but which brand?
Fraya, panache, Shock absorber or Triumph?

Re: Which one?
You need the full support hun. All the others you mentioned are good and well recommended just depends which one you like. I know shock absorber have a lot of science and testing in their bras. It amazes me.
Re: Which one?

Re: Which one?
Thanks for the quick response misf I'm having trouble where my incisions are, they are so sore. Will any of these be softer and or stretchier on the band?

Re: Which one?
The triumph tri-action sportsbra came out best sports bra of all in a survey. I bought one myself, they have lush padded shoulders and band too. Really comfortable. Xx
Re: Which one?
what was your band before and what is it now as the medium goes 31 - 35 so that would be good for me just now
have you tried putting a sanitary towel sticky side at your bra to cushion your incisions it def helps xx

Re: Which one?
I swear by the macom as I wasted money on others that just didn't fit/feel right due to not being sure on the size so always went back to the macom! I bought a medium however feel I should be in a small...thought I was a 34 back before the op since found out should be a 30 back but I wear a 32 x

Shock absorbers are my best friends! I have a white, strawberry, blue and red and I honestly love them. So comfy and fully supportive.I live in them . That's just my opinion but for me it's shock absorbers. (back fastening ones) . X

Re: Which one?
I used to wear the Nike sports crop tops for gym but they offer no support and little coverage now! And yes they're the ones tink, they so comfy. And super supportive no bouncing in them! And they're pretty and coverage enough to wear without a vest top. X

Re: Which one?
I use the sanitary pads already, I've just measured around my waist and it's 31 inch at the moment it must have been 29 before so was definitely in the wrong bra size!
What size do I get? And what cup? So confused because I'm in a 36dd but it still feels tight but the cups feel slightly loose at the top of the bust!!
