Aww bless ya Tink...having a 36 band isnt all bad ;) besides i think men have the misconception that bigger band size=bigger boobies hehe. How are you feeling about them now lovely? X

Re: help with bra sizeh
No, you definitely won't always be a 36 band hun.
I measure 29 under bust, should wear a 30 according to my fitter, but as I feel I can't breathe, feel better in the 32.
I too went to a 36 band post surgery and it took a heck of a long time for the swelling around my band to settle down... Over a 3 month period.
So still early days hun.
The band should be tight enough for you to just be able to get two fingers underneath and ensure there is no gaping or spilling over in the cup area when you go for a new bra if you don't feel ready to see a fitter and you should do ok until you're ready to get a specialist fit lovely.
You're a tiny dot hun, so don't worry.... Only your boobs have grow. YOU haven't. Xxx

Re: help with bra sizeh
You look like my exact figure tink and I fill the cups in my sports bras too but look flat in them so stop stressing. And to put your mind at ease I was gutted bout how small I was now I'm wearing proper bras they look double the size, I still have no cleavage in bras but the ps said whatever gap you start with you will end up with. Don't even worry about what size you are at the moment it doesn't matter what matters for nw is comfort and full support so try on sports bras that hold you and support you xxx

I think M&S still use the old style measuring where you have to add 4 inches xx

Re: help with bra sizeh
\I would say you still have some swelling to go down. The swelling around your ribs can be the last to go. You will be back down to measuring 28 and wearing a 30/32 band.
