Hi Hun
I cannot give you any advice on what difference but I have Allergan Naturelle and was advised these are very good implants, I'm very pleased with them. I sure your surgeon will help you to decide which ones are best for you hunni xx

Re: Allergan naturalle v nagor cogel/impleo
Both the Naturelle is an American made implant and the Impleo is a Brisish made implant, both are premium made implants. They're very good quality implants and both are as good as the next. I've found from being on here that the Nagor Impleo seem to be generally the most common choice used by BAAPS/BAPRAS surgeons here.
I'm unsure about the cogel though, I know the Nagor GFX are a standard implant but unsure which category the cogel would come in... I'm presuming the premium as they're being teamed together to sell to you alongside the other premiums but it would be best to double check if you were interested in that specific implant if a premium implant is your preferred choice. Xx

Both are the newest implants available. The impleo and the naturelle soft touch gel are the gummi bear type implants which even when you cut them in half the gel doesn't move, just like the sweet. The nagor cogel and the naturelle responsive gel (fda approved) are the 4th generation type implants these have a cohesive gel (not runny).
Re: Allergan naturalle v nagor cogel/impleo
Thanks girl at THG they offered my Allergan standard and naturalle, no idea why u wouldn't pay the extra 600 quid as the quality difference was huge! I just want the best quality personally money's no object when you're already paying 5k+ don't u think? Going to try and find some stats on cc rates for both as that's my biggest concern xx

Re: Allergan naturalle v nagor cogel/impleo
The cc rates and rippling rates on the form stable (impleo and soft touch) are supposed to be the lowest.
Re: Allergan naturalle v nagor cogel/impleo
I'm going with the hospital group and I've choose the allergan naturelle implant as they have less rupture rate with 6 layers they also have a life time guarentee worth the extra 600!! Xx
