Overs
I originally went for unders as I wanted all my tissue infront of the implant bt now I'm wondering if it was the right thing to do as coz I have some breast tissue at the bottom I can feel that moving bt not the implant a it is held so tightly at the top.
Does this calm down as time goes by so they move more?
Or when I have my re-op could I ask him to pull them out from under he muscle?
Wouldn't this mean that all my tissue would still be I above the implant as the pocket is already made?
I need to be certain what I'm asking him as I defo need them pulling down as there too high.

Re: Overs
All your tissue would still be infront of the implant even if you had overs. The implant would move more with the tissue in overs. Was there a reason your surgeon gave you unders rather than overs?
Re: Overs
I was offered eather bt it was a close call for overs as I don't have much tissue at the top of my boobs.
However I went for unders as my mums has BC and its easier to do mammograms on unders apparently as my PS said that with overs 10-15% of tissue is obscured.
However with the pocket made now I was wondering if he cud do that as I seem to have strong muscles and one have them has dropped better than the other, it's not too noticeable from the front bt the slope is wrong if you get me.
I've got to have a re-op to pull them down and was wondering if I shud just ask him to pull em out while he's there or even if that's possible??

Re: Overs
I .cant really help with what he has to do and what is possible. I had overs previously and im hoping to get a reop and want my unders changed to overs. i know mine are still maybe swollen being only 3 weeks but i find them very firm on top yet jiggly at the bottom probably cos my muscle isnt over that part. Are you finding yours firm at the top. I really hope you get it all sorted so that you can enjoy and be happy with your boobs xx

Re: Overs
It is possible to change from unders to overs. It's not as simple as just pulling them from under the muscle a new pocket would have to be made for the overs. It may be worth just having the re op to release the muscle to make the implants drop into a better position.
