Unders pictures?? Empty Unders pictures??

Hi girls, does anyone have any unders pictures or links to show under implants after 5 years or so or having children. Im just wondering what the likelyhood is of getting double bubble(think thats what it is) or what the sagging is like. When i had overs the implant sagged with the boob, just wondering if the implant stays up and the skin and own breast tissue sags down over it.

I dont think it is double bubble, i think i just mean does the skin and own breast tissue hang and sag away from the under implant as with the overs they seemed to just sag altogether xx
