Call from the Hospital.
Well i got a call this morning from the hospital to say they are able to offer me a date in feb!! So happy with that, due to Uni advised id prefer to have the op in the summer. Which they said they could try and arrange. :)
Its been two and a half years nearly since i first went to my doctor about my boobs. Though my doctor didn't think there was anything wrong, she referred me to plastics who saw what i was talking about (not having any breast tissue on the bottom of my breasts). Not entirely sure what the name for it is, but basically the bottom half of my boobs are empty.
I've been offered the op at Spires Hospital at Murrayfield in Edinburgh, has anyone had an Op there or knows anyone who has? Also what surgeons did people have?
Not been on here in a while, but i thought i would just share my good news, the best early christmas present finding that out! :) Next Christmas i should hopefully have my new boobies :D

Thanks so much, i feel like it has been such a long wait. Im such a worrier and been trying to lose weight for the op, as im about a stone over weight at the moment.
I just hope when it happens the Op goes well and that they settle down and heal well. Fingers crossed!! :D

I'm sure you'll be fine babe.
Any questions or concerns about your forthcoming BA just ask away in the 'General Breast Augmentation' section if the forum babe. You'll get a much better response on there  xx

Re: Call from the Hospital.
Hi Hun,
Not been on for a while and ive just read your post:) I just had breast surgery on the NHS about 4 months ago i had mine done at the Golden Jubilee Hospital in Glasgow. I had to wait about a year and a half for mine and during that time i actually went to see about funding them myself at murrayfield spire hospital and from what i seen your in very good hands! All the surgeons there have a very good name for themselves and the hospital is lovely!
if you have any questions about your BA hun just ask:)

Re: Call from the Hospital.
Glad that everything is getting sorted for you! Sounds like you have what i have and it's called "tuberous/tubular breasts". Basically it is a constriction of breast tissue. So glad that something is getting done for you x
