So pretty much ever since I've had my BA my nipples have been so sore and probably able to cut glass lol. I'm sure it also doesn't help that theyre like caged animals stuck in this compression bra, but it gets pretty uncomfortable at times. Does anyone know of anything that I could put on them to calm them down a bit and make it a little less painful? Hoping this doesn't last too long, they basically can't even be touched.

Hi, thinking outside the box here.. try what nursing moms use.. those silicon round shaped gel shields that are used to calm down the soreness. I put them in fridge to cool then placed over nipples. Look in a Lamaze store.. somethinig like that. Good luck.

Cookie always has the Great suggestion of cotton wool pads or breast pads used for breast feeding! X

I'm going to have to look into getting something like that. I've had to put little bra padding inserts in them so they don't show through all my clothing haha. Is there any type of cream or anything that would help as well?

There's nothing Alexandria. Cushioning them as the girls have said seems to be the only way through this stage in your recovery. Xx

I don't mind mine showing through my clothes...it's actually nice to be able to see them for a change, yet only letfy is doing it!!! Really embarrasing! Looks like I am missing a nipple! But yes, lefty is totally sore. Vaseline has been working for me. x
