Awfull comunication with MYA!

Hey ladies!
Some of you know i was booked for 26th november on monday well.... I received a phonecall friday 23rd november from my pc saying ''my op was suppost to be today! WTF TODAY YES TODAY!'' Tryed ringing her and txting her all week asking if everything was all still going ahead for monday but didnt receive no replay! I couldnt beleive it when she said my op was suppost to be today i almost had a heart attack, she asked me did i get an admission letter time i said no, she then started apologising saying she sorry that it got changed and no1 had told her which was why i had no idea! I just thought it was monday :( So anyway i am now booked for this friday the 30th!!!
Also got a phonecall on monday saying that mr schiavone wants to see me for a 2nd consultation before friday which was really last minute from them too!! i had to travel all the way to manchester from liverpool the next day at 10.00, women said on the phone that when i get there just hand my train ticket in and they will refund my travel expenses, so i did and then the lady said it takes a month to go through and photocopied my ticket. Then i received a phonecall saying my admission time for friday is 1.00 so i made arrangements with my sister to take me, she works nights so wasnt too early its from liverpool to droitwhich so we would need to leave about half 10! I received a phonecall this morning saying my admission time is 10.45!!!! so annoyed with mya constantly telling me different things! I was told my implants where gonna be incisions in the crease under my boobs by my pc, but then asked my surgeon yesterday and he said no they are gonna be put through the nipple when they do my nipple lift(mastopexy) grrrrrr!!! If it wasnt for myas amazing surgeons i would of well changed companys but really happy with my surgeon hes lovely and i know i am in good hands But yeah dont know what to feel like i know i have 2 more sleeps but just waiting for something else to happen now Im am trying to stop myself from being so flippen excited! I just keep expecting another phonecall or something.... xxx

PCC knows bloody nothing do they why the heck would a surgeon give you unnecessary scarring going through a crease incision when he's opened you up through the nipple and can go through there!!!! It just doesn't make sense does it Some of things we read here that they've said I would normally be shocked. But having heard quite a few things from them now, nothing actually shocks me anymore.

Aside from all the c@ck ups MYA have made hun.... You're getting your boobs done in just two days

Try to forget all the bad stuff now babe. I know it's really bad how you've been treated but you've got such an exciting day ahead of you so don't let anybody spoil that for you gorgeous. Xx

Awww thanks cookie babe you are right i should be jumping around the room !!! My pc said it was a daycase aswell so i didnt bother buying things to stay overnight and then i asked my surgeon yesterday and he said it was overnight so i went shopping for nice new pjamas which fasten up at the front and a baggy tracksuit for when i arrive and leave :smiler: just wish she would of told me it was a overnight stay instead of getting it wrong AGAIN!
Yeah that was exactly what i was thinking i was quite upset about it really because i was looking at girls before and afters and seeing that they went through the nipple , then thinking why on earth is he making an incision underneath too Then i asked him yesterday and i was sooooo happy!!!! He is so nice just wish there customer service and pcs where more like him!
I even took time off work for monday though aswell so had to tell them that i was able to come in monday its just been so annoying i cant wait till its over with now tbh and have my new boobs for christmas xxxxx

Wow Mya really do need to send their staff on some training days!!!

On the plus side you have full trust in your surgeon so try to ignore all of the distress your PCC has caused and focus on your new additions, they will certainly be worth it in the end!

Oh and a very honest customer feedback form will be waiting after your op I'm sure x
