Re: so down
Hi Hun sounds like boobie blues which many of us have had, not sure if you still have Buddha belly but it soon passes and any extra weight you have put on you will soon loose when you are more active, but you will weigh a little more through the weight of the implant. Hope you feel better soon xx

Re: so down
So sorry to hear this. Is there any specific reason ? My weight is always an issue and it goes up and down all the time so I know how you feel hun. Try to think positive if you can. You have great new boobies and I am sure there must be other things that are good in your life if you sit and think about it. Try to focus on them. Sending you lots of love xxx

Re: so down
Thanks girls! Just blitzed my bedroom and threw all my old bras out lol, had my steristrips removed friday right one looks amazin but left still looks quite raw so been worried about that dosint look infected tho, think I knocked the scabs off it because have ad no protection on them anymore that could be why they look like that, when u say bloating and weight gain can last a long time does that mean its just fluid retention or have I just gained from being unactive? Re: so down
I think you're being too hard on yourself, you've just been through a major operation and your body is coping with it the only way it knows how, probably storing a little water, maybe even some fat in your cells and unfortunatley your um waste disposal system can hold on to quite a lot of waste giving you the extra lbs you see on the scale. However as soon as your body feels that everything is ok again, it will shed the extra water and the extra lbs and your waste disposal system just needs to get back into its normal routine. It's a big shock for your body and this is it's only way of dealing with it. Good news is it's only temporary. My advice, is eat lots of fiber to kick start your waste disposal system (don't force it with laxatives unless you have discomfort) eat balanced diet (lots of fruit and veg, protien, with some carbs for energy) and your body will get back to it's normal routine. Plus a balanced diet really helps your healing as it gives your body everything it needs to heal you internally and externally.
Re: so down
I'm not looking forward to the extra temporary weight, I think I'll be staying away from the scales for a while. Hope your feeling better soon xxx
