Bra Query...
Hi All,
I'm off out with the girls this Saturday, when I'll be 2 weeks and 4 days post op!
I was wondering what you think about me going without my sports bra?
I won't wear an underwired bra as I know you're not supposed to this early on but I've got a light crop top style top that has adjustable straps and is quite supportive as it has an elastic underband.
Do you think it would be okay if I wore this rather than the sports bra?
It would be for about 4-5 hours.
I don't want to damage my new additions but have got nothing to wear that would cover the sports bra!!!
Plus, my nurse said I can go without a bra for a few hours everyday if I wish.
What do you think?

Re: Bra Query...
Hi there,
I'm exactly 2 weeks behind you, just had my op on friday. I had much smaller implants than you but i'll have strapping on until monday then will wear a sports bra for just 2 weeks before I'll be wearing a wonderbra at my surgeon's request! It sounds painful at the moment but i think it's to try and 'mould' their shape and help them to settle into position (i had partials). I'm not sure what would be reccomended for larger implants in terms of going without a bra as they maybe require a bit more support, but if your nurse has said it would be ok for a few hours then i don't see why not if you feel comfortable to.

Re: Bra Query...
I was just thinkin about how i felt at 2 weeks po and i was scared stiff to even go shopping in case someone hit them. I would say its your decision but just be careful as nights out can be rowdy and the last thing you want is someone knocking into you, xxxx
