bra size help !!!

Well i've worn a 34A cup all my life really, despite my weight varying quite a bit over the years so I had a feeling it might be wrong, plus that was with the 'old' way of measuring. So i just bought myself a nice new tape measure (Pink one!) n thought i might aswell measure my boobs properly (last time i tried it was with one of those metal tape measures, so not v accurate 
) I was thinking I was prob gona be around a 32b but my measurements came up as 30 and 34 which apparently makes me a 30D :|that just sounds impossible to me. :/
I'm thinking i might have done it wrong??. How tight is the tape measure meant to be? I'm def 30 band but could be a 33 across the breast but that was with holding the tape measure pretty tight so my nips were squashed down lol

I think measuring yourself is always hard. The best way to get an accurate measurement is to go and get yourself measured properly xx

It may well be right hunny. Many women wear the wrong size bra and buy bands bigger than they think they are. You should always start the bra off on the 1st hooks moving inwards to the last over time and wear of the elastic.
Yes you measure quite tight around the ribs and not as tight over the boobs .
You go down in a band size up in a cup so you could well be a bigger cup than you think.

So if you work in a 34 band - 30D = 34B.
I self measured and it made me a 32D, I figure my back must be muscley cause there's no way in this world im that and I fit my bras now (32b/34a) fine :)

I don't get measuring at all lol. If I measure I come out a 28 C/D and there is no way my boobs would fit in a bra that cup size! I tried on a 28DD and I had 4 boobs it was so tight. I go with if the bra fits I buy it. Very wrong probably, but it works for me. Xx

oh man so confusing :( I think i'm just gona have to go shopping tomorrow and try on some different sizes!

Best to get to a Bravissimo if you can and get fitted properly. It's the best way and they are so helpful.
