Could I have CC or is it hormonal?
Hi girls,
I had my first BA and uplift 15 months ago in August 2011 and my left boob feels firmer than the right on the inner part of my breast nearest my cleavage. I wouldn't say it's rock hard but I can feel the implant more in that breast. I've got partial unders.
I notice this more on the week of my period when my boobs seem to swell anyway and am wondering if I can feel the implant more as my left boob was slightly smaller than my right before surgery anyway.
The other day, my left boob seemed higher up my chest than my right, but it's not always that way.
Do you think this could be CC or am I worrying too much?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Miss Flump x

I has cc with my first b a and I think if you had it your boob would stay high all the time. With mine the left was higher and it stayed that way and it was quite hard and uncomfortable, not sore, just not right. When they were replaced I had a capsulectomy too. Hope this helps xx

Re: Could I have CC or is it hormonal?
Thanks for the reply, you've definitely helped to calm my nerves.
I was so worried that I got my Mum to feel my boobs the other night and she said they both felt the same, so I think I was just worrying un-necessarily. We did laugh though, as she said she'd never felt another woman's boobs before. I said I'd chosen her because my boyfriend wouldn't feel them in the way I needed him to. LOL.
Thanks again. x

You are very welcome. I take high dose vit E every day as there is a small amount of evidence that it can help prevent cc. I take 1000iu of bog standard Sainsburys one. xx
