Re: first app
When I went for mine with transform I saw the pcc first then she booked an appt with surgeon at later date but you might be able to the same day. Everyone says to take photos of the look you want to achieve, I didn't and wish I did now although I'm seeing surgeon again Saturday and going to do that then. Good luck xx

Re: first app
Forgot to say the PCC woman doesn't say much they go lightly through what surgeon you will see and how it all works.
When I saw the surgeon had to take top and bra off and they have a look and take measurements, mine let me try on implants in a sports bra, also go through risks, how the operation works, implants and placements xx

Hi nadsamber I went to transform in Nottingham, I saw Emma om my first consultation, I took my list of questions and she went through everything with me and showed me different implants etc, I then made a 2nd appt to meet surgeon and like mais said he goes through everything in more depth and then measures you etc and explains what will happen and let you try on implants in a sports bra, I also saw Laura on this visit, she's nice :smiler: I printed pics off Internet of ladies that had boobs like mine Pre op and there results and showed them to my surgeon who was Mr Meleagros.....very pleased so far with my result good luck for sat Hun xxx

Re: first app
Firstly babe remember the lady you see first has no medical training at all. She is a salesperson and there to sell a product!
She will go through with you what it is you want doing and give you a price. She may also throw in an offer or tell you if you book that day you'll get a one off discount. This is all just sales techniques any money off will ALWAYS be there so NEVER book on the day... No matter how excited you are hun.
You'll then see a surgeon as she's already booked for you to see one. The surgeon will ask you to remove your upper garments so he can see your boobs and assess what needs doing. After that they'll discuss a surgery plan with you.
If you're stuck for things to ask hun we have a great consultation notebook in the breast aug information section of the forum that you can print off and take you.
After that you'll probably go back to the co-ordinator to see if you're happy and maybe throw those offers at ya to book lol.
Whatever happens don't just see the one surgeon. See at the very least 2. You may see this surgeon and thing they're great but when you have nothing to compare with you have no idea if they're the best for you.
Wishing you lots of luck hun. This is an exciting time for you. Looking forward to reading how it went. X
