Well I will be 6 weeks po (can't believe it) come next Thursday - so what can I do?

If you get the all clear you can treat your boobs just as you would your natural hun. Wear wires, excercise the lot!

It might take some time to get back to normal though. You'll be surprised at the strength a BA takes from you! So although you can go back to normality, it's wise to take things easy and build up to your normal routine slowly.... Best thing to do is just listen to your body. You might find your boobs ache a bit from time to time, that's just them telling you you're running a little ahead of yourself and to slow down a little. Although your boobs might look healed on the outside they're still very much healing on the inside for up to a year post-op.

That's about it really... You can do what you want after the 6 week all clear. Xx

It's time to start being normal again!! Take things slow and steady but you should be fine to do most things as you did before your op! Xx

I'm in a sports bra until 3 months cookie :( New Years Eve is my appoint with surgeon!

I was so happy to be told I could start hoovering again, lol! Being more back to normal is so nice! I got my nips pierced for my 6 week celebration though I am sure the nurse wouldn't be please if she knew, lol!
