Boobie check ?? Size difference ...

Just getting ready for bed and have done my looking and boobie check for the day and very surprised to find that during the course of the day my right boob has seemingly shrunk/ dropped. My left is still the same as it was before.
I went back to work yesterday after two weeks off after my ba and during that time just relaxed and did well nothing really.
I work in an office so mainly just typing and phone work but am also studying and have been doing loads of writing and am right handed.
May be a really stupid question but could using the right hand arm more than left have caused the swelling to go or the dropping to occur?
I know you say they do act differently but with no use for two weeks and now overuse could this make it change so rapidly? Wow can't believe the difference a day makes!!!

What's happening with your breast dropping is that it's taking on its natural position and form now Emily as you lose the upper pole of the breast as it settles and drops. Some women feel like you do that the breast has shrunk. This hasn't at all happened, you just got used to having that full upper pole and now that its not there, very often it can be missed.

As the breast drops and settles the 'lower' pole of the breast fills out, as this happens the breast protrudes forwards and this is called 'fluffing'

The reason only one breast has dropped and not the other just yet is because the one that has dropped is healing faster than the other. This is very common for most of us, the other will catch up soon enough and that too will drop and settle.

It's nothing at all to do with anything you've done, it's just the natural course of healing.

If you really like the look you get from having that full upper pole, all is not lost! When you get the all clear to wear wired bras, get yourself fitted for a balconette bra and hey presto! You'll have it back again!!! Xx

As cookie has explained it does sound like one is dropping before the other and it is a very common occurance and nothing that you have done

I wish I could give you a definitive answer Emily, but I can't babe, it's all dependent on your own healing.

I had wonky boobs when I was healing, for me it was 10 weeks post-op before mine caught up with one another hun. Xx
