This is the last time I.....
Soooo bit of a newbie on here but that's partly because my BA has come around quite quickly... My BA is on Monday 7am and all I keep saying to myself is...
ENJOY IT COZ THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME YOU WILL DO THIS.....
I know I'm preempting ALOT of pain - That's partly because I use my upper body everyday teaching aerobics classes & I'm going to miss it sooooooooo bad.
I had my last run yesterday and I will be teaching my last class tonight and finish 1-2-1 work on Saturday....
I'm totally stacking it if I'm honest and dreading the aftermath!
So much pain and so little exercise. I use exercise as a vent when things go bad so BA Pain = BAD..... How will I vent?
Usual questions:
Scarring - (I have Bio-Oil on its way)
Recovery - (Everyone's different)
My main concern is that my boobs will look fake and i'm worried that going for the bigger of my two options that they may look fake / when I lose more weight they will drag down by knees?!! :(
So here's my stats... Let me know what u think... (or if u know of anyone with similar stats/concerns/ surgery/implants....
Height - 5ft 5"
Weight - 70kg (Hope to lose 5kg after I get back training hard) - Put off training hard to keep my boobs!!
Chest 34C (deflated but symmetrical!)
Waist 34"
Hips 40"
Thighs 22"
Biceps 11"
Dress Size 12/14
I will be having:
325cc OR 345cc - High Profile - Partial Unders (Allergan)
I've seen this ladies story of her deflated C's
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
I think I am a bigger frame so could carry the 345's ok as my PS said I have the 'Capacity' ( Cheers mate massive void after losing weight then?! Lol)
So advice?
Ps sorry started on one topic finished on another :/

Re: This is the last time I.....
Firstly lovely, you seem to have your mind set on 'pain' after your surgery and I think you're in for quite a shock when you wake up after your op hun...
There isn't really any 'pain' there's discomfort yes, but 'pain' nahhhhh it's really not that bad.
You will have 'fake' boobs for a while whilst you're healing hun and its advised to try and stay within half a stone of your BA weight to maintain the look of your boobs.
About sizes... I'd just ask your surgeon to take both sizes into theatre hun, showing a picture of the boobs you like on someone with a similar body type as yourself helps lots too, your surgeon always has a much better idea of what will look best once he has you in theatre, so if you trust your surgeon... I'd leave it to him hun
After surgery, around day 4 - 7/8 depending on your recovery, you can start getting yourself out walking. There's no need to be sat doing nothing if you feel up to it hun and walking is not only good for your recovery but for someone like yourself, it'll be good for your mind too knowing you're not just sitting around.
So think positive hun! Yes, you're going to suffer discomfort from the swelling, yes, your boobs will look fake for a while, but it's all for the good babe, 'cos after you're recovery (around 6 to 12 week) you're going to love your new boobs! xx

Hi Eek
The very best of wishes for your op on Monday, enjoy the day, it's all part of the experience :)
I would say to you whatever your post-op experience brings, it's a worthwhile sacrifice when you will end up with a great pair of boobs at the end! I too am missing exercise but it's easily caught up on even after as long as the requisite 6 weeks in this case... My breasts deflated considerably when I took up exercise a year ago and it was a contributing factor to my decision to go ahead with the op. I'm only 10 days po but I'm so glad I did it; I'll be honest there've been some hard moments in those 10 days but I wouldn't change my new additions for anything. Just trying not to look at my belly and thighs when I'm checkin out the new boobies in the mirror lol.
Like Cookie says, trust your surgeon that he will give you a natural look if that's what you've stipulated... but give him some pics of how you'd like your result to be... Also, like you, I really wanted natural looking breasts but also wanted maximum fullness and I ended up requesting the very max size he had suggested (415cc instead of 385 - even tho he said this could border on the augmented look), and I'm so glad I did!
Trust your surgeon, as well as your gut instinct and you will be just fine :)

Thank you both for the replies..... Informative and trying to put my mind at ease which is great but yea I think I am tired (not sleeping too well) Don't get me wrong, I am excited but these bad boys seems to have consumed this whole month :/ time is flying huh?
Pain wise I think if I expect the worst then it will be what I expect or easier I'm hoping it will be easier ;)
(Don't want to come out thinking it will be a breeze and have a nasty shock! :S
Size wise I'm going to go with his decision I doubt I'll be losing any weight over Christmas!! Lol :)

Re: This is the last time I.....
You do whatever you feel it takes to get you through hun... I was just trying to help worrying you might make yourself ill with worrying on the run up to your BA? But if thinking the worst makes it better for you, then that's what you should do
Pre-op jitters are normal babe along with many a sleepless night on the run up to our BAs. Reading through some of the post-op stories some of the lovely ladies have left here really does help though. Reading the women's excitement after them waking to their new boobs is something else! Picturing yourself in that magical moment and thinking how that day is going to feel really helps along with going through all the reasons why you're doing this for yourself helps lots too to bring back the positives of why you're having this surgery.
Glad to read you've now come to terms about size now. xx

Cookies spot on here! Like you I was really concerned about pain but it's really not that bad. Imagine a big chest and arms session in the gym, it's no different to that!
Try and feel positive about things and you'll have a positive experience. Soon you'll have the body of your dreams so remember that next time your nerves start creeping in! xx

Re: This is the last time I.....
All done and hopefully I will write all about my journey when I get chance to help others... ;)
The pain was horrible to wake upto.. I went completely into shock and the lady who was there was obviously in a bad mood....
She even told me off for swearing?!!! If I was well I would of chinned her. Honestly I went completely into shock and started shaking she just told me to calm down... She was bloody horrible. Thankfully a lady who was helping in the masterclass came in and calmed me down while they gave me more painkillers. Honestly the lady in there was so moody!!! It was horrible to wake up to especially when ur in that kinda pain. Me personally it was the worst pain I'd ever had. (Partly because I've never had kids or injured myself. So it was a shock to me but they pumped me full of all sorts so within an hour the hours were whizzing by coz I was high as a kite! Lol :)
Currently I have some discomfort but i'm lucky to have an amazing boyfriend who is doing most stuff for me. Coz I had Unders and I know which muscles he's cut and what actions that will hinder. I pretty much avoid anything to do with that but there are things that catch me out from time to time. I tried putting my charger into the plug and fork me that was painful!!!! Felt like someone had literally knifed me in the chest. Wow. Not nice...... So as u can tell the boyfriend is doing that from now on!
Just need to find that thread that had something about a boob 'fart' ?.
When I lift my arms it sounds like a water machine being emptied. Feels weird too! I remember seeing a thread but just need to find it again!! :/
