just had a call today and they told me my admission time for wednesday is 10am#

do u think they will aim to squeeze my surgery in for midday maybe?

i plan to take with me

pj's

dressing gown

slippers

clothes for next day

feminime wipes and body wipes

my other toiltries

magazines

books

ipod

my phone and charger

and a couple of my fav drinks

and a few little snacks

oh and my sports bra



any things else??

Congrats on you up coming ba, looks like you've got everything pretty much covered hunny.
Hopefully you should be down for around midday it's usually around an hour after your admission time.
Have you added your ba date to the calendar Hun so we can wish you luck for the day ? X

oh good , i keep re writing my list of things to pack lol !!

i hadnt sent , but i have just added them to the calender lol !

so bloody excited , cant concrentrate at work or on anything else !! xx

It's very exciting!!! I was admitted at 10am but didn't go down until 2.30, time flies though as you have to see nurses, the surgeon and have a shower, relax and get ready with the stockings, paper knickers and hair net covers!! You look so attractive in those and hospital gown!
It's all over before you know it, and when you wake, even if a little groggy your so pleased!!!

Yay 2 days to go!

Like MrsBall said your surgery is usually about an hour or so later but it might depend on the company. My admission time was 2pm and i went down at 3:15.

I would take some lip balm or vaseline cos the GA made my lips very very dry! Good luck xx

Oh not long now hun. Very exciting. My admission time was 7.30am and I was in theatre at 9.20am. Think it just depends on clinics and where you are on the list hun. I know I was second on my day. Good luck and enjoy your big day. X

i don't know about stuff for the BA but i'd suggest taking some sugary drinks for after the GA? When i was in hospital last the GA made me feel terrible, I asked a nurse to being me something sugary to perk me up and she brought sugar free jelly! :(

Good luck for your BA though, hun! Lets hope today goes rocket fast for you :p xxxx
