Hi girls - did any of you use these and if so where did you get them from?

I want to get some for any swelling afterwards, and have been snowed in this week so haven't managed to get to the shops yet to investigate. I want the kind that you don't have to sew, so I don't ruin my sports bras. I've left it too late to order online now - any thoughts on where I could get them from?

Just found some! La Senza! Rang up my local store and have reseved a pack - £5 for a black, white and nude one. I didn't really want that many, but beggars can't be choosers! The girl said they don't need sewing. You can also choose 1, 2 or 3 hooks. You can get them cheaper on eBay but I don't have time!

Hi Carrie

I used bra extenders after my ba & i swear they saved me a fortune in bras!!! I got mine from a sewing shop & got one with 2 hooks & one with 3 hooks. They were about £1 each. Ive seen them in craft shops aswell & stores that sell fabric. Good luck with your ba xxxxx :)
